Can't load screens!

I loaded Logon Studio and loaded 5 or six screens successfully. Then when I attemted to open or save files they would either fail to open or be saved not as folders but as some kind of unreadable document and would not populate the logon studio field of available screens. Logon Studio still works fine and I can apply the screens I already have but cannot download any new ones. Any help?

open as in edit?

a lot of logons can't be opened in LS's edit since the uifile was manipulated (those with splashscreens)

No, not edit, just open. I am unable to open or save any new Logons to Logon Studio. Logons will appear to download but then will not appear as folders but rather as some type of file represented by the LogonStudio icon. These files can then not be opened and indeed, contain none of the bitmaps that my first Logon downloads contained. I tried uninstalling and dowloading Logon Studio again but I get the same problem...I cannot download any new Logons.

they should download as logonname.logonxp

what browser are you using?
