I haven't seen any issues with dreams and WB posted anywhere.

which version of WB?

open WB configuration, click view my system info on the left and copy/paste to here all the info that shows up

Never mind, apparently it's possible to use them in WB6. Before when I was using WB5, whenever I tried to apply a Dream while using a skin it said Something about aero having to be applied to use a dream.
