people have asked why their .logonxp files are not loading onto LS. i looked through this section to try and fix my problem, HOWEVER, when i rename the file to a .zip.... it um.... won't work I KNOW IT'S STUPID, but why isn't it working it just stays as the .logonxp file

Do you have hide file extensions enabled? Go into windows explorer > tools > folder options > view > uncheck hide extensions for known file types. Then change the .logonxp to .zip.
