Why have we allowed al-Qaeda to establish operations in the area? What ever we are doing with Pakistan has not prevented the establishment of these foreign terrorists in Pakistan.
Because the Pakistani Gov't has not allowed the US to enter Pakistani territory. They took it upon themselves to take care of Al-qaeda.
Before 9/11 al-Qaeda was principally operating out of Afghanistan. Six Years later after this all out war on terrorism, al-Qaeda is operating in three countries in that area-- Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq. Does not sound like the Bush policies have contained al-Qaeda.
And what does that tell you? They are spread, they are not united. They are working separately. We have them broken up so they can not create large scale attacks because of this. How is it that you see this as a bad thing?
Every time I see one of the Bushies on this Blog site attempt to defend or make excuses for the failure of the Bush policies I think of a rather vulgar saying in the military--
“You can not polish s**t” That is just what each of you is doing when you attempt to justify, ignore or deflect the failures of the Bush administration. It does not matter if the failure is in the Bush Iraq policy, border security, trade, deficit, Social Security, Medicare, Energy, education, ignoring the infrastructure and the environment, you attempt to "Polish his S**t".
Well if it's vulgar I can see how you know it so well.
