Help with DesctopX

Hello all!
I'm completely new to DesktopX and saw a beautiful theme here https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=20587&libid=13
I would like to create the same but I was wondering if someone could help me, I downloaded some cool icons like in that screenshot, how do I put them on the desktop with the right shortcut? I need help with these icons on the bottom and the left on the right there are some widgets which I can download and easily put right?
Please guys help a noob!

Hi ya and welcome.

First, that's a screenshot not a DesktopX theme and it looks like Vista. Much if not all of it can be done with DesktopX. My suggestion is to spend some time looking through the forums, gallery, DesktopX Documentation, and of course the new Wiki
