CursorXP Screen Shots

Ya want a big cursor?

This morning I replied to a comment in the CursorXP gallery. The commenter complained about the difference between the display picture and the actual cursor. I am posting my reply here so more people can see it and understand.

Since the screen shots in the gallery are small a display picture is necessary to give the viewer an idea of what the cursor looks like. If you have a cursor that is 48x48 pixels and display that is 150x150 pixels, your looking at 2,304 pixels compared to 22,500 pixels. Thats a lot less detail in the smaller image. Now if you want a cursor that is 150x150 just say the word and I'll fix you right up!

Ya know, that gives me an idea. Does anyone know right off hand what the biggest cursor to be uploaded here is?

I've tried to make one, but the size of the image is way too big. I mean, think about one of those crosshairs for a 1680x1050 screen.
