So Cindy Sheehan has decided that she wants to try to unseat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and is mounting an independent campaign to do just that.

Oh what a Hobson's choice.  (Look up the meaning of same if you care to learn what that old expression means.  Here's a short cut to the definition and history...)

Didn't Sideshow Cindy just retire from activism so she could salvage whatever she could of her life? Didn't she just have an epiphany that she had thrown it all away for nothing?

That all lasted about as long as she did at the State of the Union address.

Did she discover she had too terminally screwed away her life to recover anything? Or could she not do without another hit of that powerful narcotic "Undeserved Positive Attention?"

Isn't Pelosi from San Francisco? Any Republican who could win there would be dismissed by the rest of the country as the most INO of RINOs.

No, Sheehan's planning to run as an independent. All she needs to do is siphon away enough votes to let a Republican (as Gene said, the most INO of RINOs) walk in.

Why not though, I mean, Miss Cindy has as much right to run for the House as anyone. She even gets an automatic right to the sympathy vote. Why not base a political career on the death of her son... John Kerry based one on War Crimes.  ;~D

I saw where she was planning the run, but did not catch that she would be an independant.  IN that case, I dont think Pelosi has any worries.

But it would be fun to watch!
