I want a program to create own bootskins where can i get one ? (one that i can put my skins to the stardock bootskin changer)

there are no software to do it
you need a graphic editor and notepad

but read the reply #2 and #3 HERE you will fond many informations to do it and if you need help knock at the door we are many who can help you there
