Error when batch processing

I have used icon Developer to recolor icon packs for a few months. Now when I click the OK button to apply the changes and create a new set of icons in a new folder using the batch recolor process I get the following error message.

Access violation at address 0042F1D4 in module 'IconDeveloper.exe'. Read of address 000000028

Sorry about the incomplete info, I got rushed by my kids. OS is XP Pro SP2, ID version 1.3 The icon set I am trying to recolor is SE Interface V2 Red. I have tried exporting an individual icon to see the different sizes, but I get the same error when opening the individual icon. I tried recoloring a previous set that only has sizes up to 128 and it works with that one. So maybe the problem is 256 sizes?

possibly.
i read some posts - seem to mention it could be a pack created on vista with the vista size included and going the other way into xp doesn't work - something along those lines - but they were looking into it a while back

I'm getting the out of memory error when I try to recolor one

here's one of the posts:

256x256 icons aren't supported in XP, but they shouldn't cause an error either - they should just be ignored. There was a bug in the previous version of IconDeveloper with creating 256x256 icons, and this could very well be what caused the error. This has been addressed in IconDeveloper v2.0.
