Not letting me load downloaded skins

I tried to install a new skin with LogonStudio but it's not detecting it. I used to just double click on the .logonxp file and it works already. I even tried to download the newest version of LogonStudio but it's still doing the same thing. Also, it was asking me to register when I thought the software is for free. Any ideas?

to partially quote Boss:


rename the file from logon.logonxp to logon.zip.
Unzip the file and put the logon folder in C:\Program Files\Wincustomize\Logon Studio.

Then open Logon Studio. The file should be in the list and should work fine.
