I would like to know way XP users can't use DeskScrapes.
if we can use FX and IconX with all this animated action with these. then why can't we
(XP users) have this to.

PLEASE tell me.

This question was answered a thousand times all over the net and this site already... In short : Because MS dosn't want You to and it would be illegal to get it to run on other systems except Vista Ultimate. And I doubt certain technical specs would be adaptable to XP.
