This week the Obama campaign is celebrating record setting fundraising efforts for the 2nd quarter of the year. The campaign is reporting raising over 32 million dollars. Handily beating Hillary Clinton and trouncing the rest of both the GOP and Democratic fields. In addition, the campaign is reporting a record 238,000 new donors. This is far more individual donors than any campaign has reported in a quarter in election history.
Plus, in addition to meetings with former Secretary of State and just well respected in most circles guy like Colin Powell, other republicans are beginning to stand up for Obama and even lend their face and words to his ads. The following is one of those ads, currently running in Iowa.
