thumbnails not showing up

Does anybody have the problem where some of the thumbnails display and some dont ? Is there any way to fix this somehow so they will show up ?? here is an exaple of what im talking about below -

In the screenshot you have you are looking at the DreamScene list.  Are you asking where the .dream files that you download for Stardock DeskScapes are at?  They would be under the "DeskScapes" list in the drop-down menu.

I think they're talking about the one in the middle showing a generic 'mpeg' instead of a thumbnail as the one's to either side show

I have deskscapes installed and these are the 4 dreamscene pack ultimate extras that i downloaded from windows update..They are all mpeg when windows vista installs it from the update..Somehow the streetlamp dream with the waterdrops seems to not show the preview anymore but the other ones do as you can see in the first picture that i posted ..No matter if i uninstall and then do download it from the windows update again , it will still not show the thumbnail picture..It used to do before but now strangely enough it's not showing..Can somebody send me or upload that dream for me by any chance as it would be most appreciative ?

After you installed the dreams (and they showed the preview) did you install any other video software that might have stolen the preview?

No, i didnt install any other video software , i remember doing a defrag with o&o defrag but besides that no video software was installed..It's really odd how the other 4 content pack dreamscenes show the thumbnail but the streetlamp doesnt..if i could just get the streetlamp dream cached with the thumbnail from somewhere that would solve everything.All i would do is delete the streetlamp with the generic thumbnail and replace it with one that is cached..But there is nowhere to download just the streetlamp and the only way is from someone that has the same dream cached with the thumbnail..

All of a sudden the thumbnail is showing up again after dreamscene crashed and the desktop turned black and the little error that pops up on the bottom right corner stating dreamscenes has encountered a problem ..seems like that's the way of regaining the thumbnails from the looks of it..Next time that happens i'll just ry to make it crash again..
