security center problem

After I disabled the security center using the tweakvista utility, whenever I tried to re enable it, the application hangs and crashes. Since my laptop had system restore disabled by default, I do not know how to re enable the security center. Any advice?

Yes. Go to Start/Settings/Control panel, then System and Maintenance, then Administrative Tools. Double-click Services. Scroll down to Security Center and double-click it. Set startup type to Automatic (Delayed Start) and click the Start button, then OK.
