Im New Please Help

Well like my title says I'm new to skinning. I have already changed my logon and my boot screen, but now i want to try something new. I'm really interested in making my windows look like a Mac. Can I do that? If So How? To anyone who can help Thanks!

Yeah thise blinds are the basic stuff you need to make it look like a mac, but if you wanna make it more "mac" check this tutorial... WWW Link
