Why can't buy Dark Avatar with TGN tokens?

I just splurged on a TotalGaming.net membership. Got Sins of a Solar Empire, got Star Rangers 2, and now I want to get Dark Avatar (I love the contents of the 1.6 patch -- new graphics engine, woohoo!).
But Dark Avatar apparently can't be bought with TotalGaming.net tokens! The only purchase option is $29.95.
Why is this? Seems like a glaring hole in the lineup. It's downright depressing, I tell you! What's the story here?
