Different UAC prompts for Different Actions?

There have been many times that I have wanted to require for a password for certain actions and remove all conformation for others. As far as I know, this is not possible. Could TweakVista make it possible?

Tweak Vista at this time only changes the complex settings of Vista with ease. It dose not provide password protection that Vista dosen't supply. However I can list this as a feature request.

As Seabass notes, unfortunately right now Windows only offers a single setting.
