A looong time ago, Electronic Arts released a game for the Commodore computer called Earth Orbit Station. It was never ported to the PC. Would love to see you guys get the rights to it, or perhaps even release a new clone of it. Anyhow, the game was basically this: You were a corporation that was setting up various space stations in space in order to make money. It involved station design with various research/production modules. A very basic 'stock market' where you could sell items you made. Had to schedule shuttle launches to your various stations. If I remember correctly, it was a 4 player or AI hotseat game. And each player could design and have running either 16 or 32 stations doing various tech researching or production. And of course the research would open up new consumer items, or even station modules for you to produce. All requiring various resources, some of which where produced in unique modules or bought from the market etc. Anyhow, just a suggestion. The game really ruled, and never understood why EA never got around to porting it. If anyone else remembers the game, please throw in any details I might have overlooked.
