I would ask about legality of holding enemy combatants indefinately in Guantanamo Bay.
these are pows and as such can be held until the war is over.
I would ask about the legality of whether it is constitutional for them to not know the charges against them or have legal representation denied.
again these are pows, they are not citizens of the USA so the constitution does not really apply to them. It should but it doesn't.
if he would still support these same techniques if they were used against our captured soldiers.
you have to interrogate to found out where people are hiding and planning,
I would ask if he approved of "enhanced interogation techniques"
i am sure that our captured soldiers would rather be enhanced interrogated than be beheaded.
I would ask what he thinks of the job the current administration is doing?
i think the current admin is doing a bad job. but i also think that the two that ran against him would have done a worse job.
