THE BEGINNING OF WHAT COULD BE THE END:
According to the scans The Archin UpHeaval had managed to merge all galaxies into one. LostHero only wanted to send his people home, but instead he bought their home to them. Their home world of Archintras was quickly colonized once again. He had sacrificed himself to aid his people and for that he would always be remembered. but their homeworld wasn't the only thing that came though. Since their departure the Dark Elements faction had managed to completly overrun the PeaceMakers, Nedian and all minor races. Now Reports were flying in about strange Black ships that attacked any ship they encountered, killing without hesitation. a special report showed the Dread Lords and Dark Elements Faction battling in the Vol-far system. the Dread Lords had the fire power but they were impossibly out numnbered. Doom rays took out half the attacking but then thousands more ships came racing into the fight completely vaporising the Dreadies fleet. the battle didn't last, our scout's analizes of the wreckage showed that the larges peice of dread lord ships was about 12cm long 2cm wide and 1/2cm thick, not even worth salvaging. Archin had unleashed a giant.
Archin now had established their small but fast growing empire, thought they were small they were greatly feared by the Drengin and opposing empires. Now the Archins under the rule of former commander Flora (now Leader Flora) are now expanding into an area not controlled by the Dark Elements faction.
THE BEGINNING:
Flora went over the countless reports coming in, they had settled a good planet.
This would be a good place to set up a strong hold.
they were far from the other races which gave them the element of suprise, if they could build a large army here then taking the Drengin would be no problem.
But they didn't have all the time in the world, Dread lords patrol these areas so colonization was a must.
The first planets was ThrowBack, a fairly decent planet that would serve them well.
The second planet colonized was KnockBlack, since it was a class 4 it wouldn't serve them very well, but it was a start.

2 hours ago intelligence found evedence of these 5 races operating in this system. it was an evenly matched war.
"Maddam, your survey ship is ready. we intend to depart 0700 hours if you are ready." her crewman Klisk reported. "yes, i will be ready in time, dont worry" she replied. how did LostHero deal with such stress, leader was a hard job. Trading with alien races, the war, refugee handling and economic issues not to mention public morale. Archin's were still doubting her ability to act as a leader for the Archin UpHeaval.
After departing another Colony Cruiser had reached it's desination.
Crenna would be nammed the economic captial.
Their ships were changed too,
the Colony cruiser hadn't change much it still had the same basic shape.
The Catapillar CrashLand was made to come thundering though the atmosphere so fast that no flak turret could hit it. with fast deployment abilities it was by far the most effective invation machine yet.
The frame worker is basicly only a minor upgrade to the forger.
the first Archin trader, it was fast and cheap making it a very effective trading machine.
Basicly no changes exept it could travel 9 par-sec a week, very fast.
The Raptor Mk.1 would serve as a Dread lord killer, it also carried the new Archin Weapon. The EMC! (Electro-Magnetic Cannon)
Desguise as a cargo hauler this ship was designed with 2 EMC's and 2 ADV. deflectors to jump the Dreadies ships.
These ships were 6 times more powerful than the original Solar series ships meaning that Archin could possibly verse a Dread Lords Escourt with 1 Raptor. it would be overkill to have a fleet of raptors.
After a few weeks Flora and her survey team found evidence of a Dread Lords, Dark Elements Faction battle. The Space around their system was littered with debrie. it would seem the Dark alliance was using new metals to construct their vessels. Flora ordered this metal to be attached to their ships to increase their HP. they would continue to search for the metals for as long as possible.
each Battle feild offered at least +4 HP.
After a while Crewman Klisk reported rich deposits of Emerald on a small moon that had broken orbit from one of the near by planet, the Emerald ran right to the very core the Moon it would take at least one average Archin life time to extract all the emerald from the moon (Archin's Live to be 1200, but they start to become disabled in certian areas aound 900). Flora ordered refineries to extract that resources, this might cover the income shortage they had been experiencing.
Archin's were flying though tec's faster than most major races were (keep in mind they have more planets and are set on surcidal. also i dont have any research improvement what so ever, apart from the tec 'Archin Deep Thinking' which i traded with the Altarian). Altarian and Archins were at the top of the research ladder, far exeeding any race.
Something that did catch Flora's attention was religion. Human's had the belief that clouds were a place called heaven were everyone goes after death. Drengin believed that once you die you are sent to fight an everlasting war. whilest Scottigalian believed that there is one star for every scottigalian alive. Flora wished to understand more about these beliefs and religions. research was done and a was completed the very next week.
but it didn't stop their. research reported the findings of telopaths among Archin socity. Tests were conducted and descoveries were made.
Now it was the latest crazy to become telopathicly enhanced.
Cewman Klisk yet again descovered more galactic resources Military, influecial and morale.
he earned a promotion and was given a raptor to patrol the borders of the Archin empire.
that very next week he managed to make contact with the Human to inform them of the dangers that lurked in this system.
they understood and reported back to their leader.
More advancements came out of the research agencies and... A BREAK THOUGH!
How could Archin have been so blind, Planets are living things. a telopath managed to comunicate with the Planets and a treaty was made. Mass driver, gas, core detonation and tidal disruptor Invation tactic were to never be used again. Flora made an apology on behalve of all Archin. the Planets were pleased with this and only requested one more thing, that we share our knowlegde with all races. it was done, but only the altarian listened.
the planets also let us in on a little secret. Magic is real!
though hard to learn all races could us it, Arnor did. It Greatly increase our chance againest the Dread Lords.
As time passed A terran trade ship was spotted traveling towardsour empire.
it was ordered that a economic starbase was to be constucted to show that we welcomed the humans.
a United planets was called...
in this session it was decided that a constuctor should have a minimum speed of 3 parsecs a month to advoid conflicts with enemy war ships. because archins had a small population compared to the other races. our vote did little to affect the out come. although we did vote for 3 parsecs.
"Flora, we need more facilities if we are to increase our productivity. could you send down a couple of Frame workers to assist in the constuction" the cheif miner asked of PlatCom. Flora agreed, but she sent more than just 2 frame workers.
The base was upgraded to it's max. the economy was increase and finally the Archins could go 100% production output without leaving the green for morale (Morale was above 70%).
Another way to increase our economic supplies was Trade. terrans and altarians were very good trade partners, they would surely be willing to accept what we had to offer.
And Finaly the Galactic bankers could thrive once again, though their bases need an upgrade they were doing their part to increase the economy.
Now it was time for war! dread Lords were using capatial ships so why shouldn't we. before we even designed a war frigate we had already started on a Proto-Type Cruiser.
the war took a turn for the best.
