.wba not compatible w/ XP ?

Wincustomize not working now with downloads that have ext.wba. Is that the problem & what's the fix? Is it Photoshop 3? thanks

.wba is the extention for WindowBlinds and there is no fix needed as they work with the WindowBlinds program just fine.
