Hi all and welcome to the Tyranny of Evil. The Tyranny of Evil is a dedicated Metaverse empire that has risen to prominence in just 1 year. 2nd place on the AltMeta and a soon to be 3rd place in the MV is no small feat from an empire with ~39 active players.

Dedicated to the pursuit of evil, we encourage all players, new or veterans, to join us in our quest to be the strongest, most active and long lived empire in the Metaverse.

We pride ourselves on being one of the most active empires in the MV or the Altmeta, and it is that activity that makes us unique. Our members are active submitters of games and have a very strong and prominent forum presence.

I see it, Thanks Everflyer, I should give everyone Karma and so should everyone else, Then we could all have 80 Karma. But we should make sure Neilo gets 250 Karma :LOL:

You hit the little thumbs up under the post and type in whatever reason you want for giving that person karma. You can't see who it's from, though some people do sign theirs. I put -DA on the end of mine now that I got it to work.

I hope they get this forum straightened out soon right now it is really hard to do anything. The recent posts page hasn't updated in 7 hours so I have to go to view more recent to get an updated list. Then if I use back to leave a thread and return to the More recent page, that page will show me an unupdated hours old version. I then have to refrech that to get it updated again. What a mess.

Built my first military array in my last game.
The result, 144 K. Gigantic, crippling. DA.
I would have got 100 K without it.
It was not worth all the time and effort, so I don't think I will be doing that again.

The military array thing can be nothing more than a big time sink unless you build a lot of your strategy around utilizing it fully. The Gig. game I got going could of been done quite some time ago, but I am running the thing to maximum potential by getting 17K ships under it. The array can be worth about 300K in points when fully used, but you have to have a lot of patience to get it there. It's not a style everyone will enjoy playing.

The medals are back? Are they showing up for you, Silver?

Perhaps they're showing up in a particular browser? I'm using IE and there are no medals.

I'm at home now and have the forums open in both Firefox and IE7. No medals in either one. Strange.

(edit) I signed out and the medals appeared in the Firefox browser just as I was about to close it. Pretty slow stuff, but they're evidently back for Firefox anyway.

Still nothing in the IE7 browser.
