Still, your heart's in the right place. The standard punishment should do - 40 lashes with the cat-o-nine tails, self-administered on the honor system. BTW, since it has nine tails (hence the name), that's actually 360 lashes. Use the double-hook barbs since you didn't notice earlier...

I've seen at least one other player go over 100,000 on a small map. It may have been Wyndstar, but my connection is too slow for me to check atm.

I finally got my first game in for the evil cause   . A huge/maso for 126250 points. About what I expected, but I did end it a little earlier than planned due to slowdown.

Cool, methodical evil is my game and how I run my corner of the galaxy. As such, it was in my best rational interests for the desire to increase my power and influence to collaborate with other evil overlords with a similar goal. Of course, I know better than to *trust* another evil overlord, and as such have trained my guards to shoot to kill any and all individuals that dare approach my capital.

Most of you are probably aware of the planetary improvements graphics mod I have been working on at TBSModder.com. Having completed a first pass at all of the major building lines and a few extras, I have zipped them up for others to try out.

I can't think of anything beyond red roses, chocolates and a diamond or two. That and cooking her a nice dinner, even if you can't do it very well. The effort seems to mean more than the final result. Maybe clean the house for her. That sort of thing.

Clean House? I think I will get her a diamond(like she needs anymore) it seems easier. As for red roses, we only have 1 pink rose left and she would notice if I picked it   But thank you for suggestions, they may be helpful, not only for me but others as well.

Is this officially the longest thread on the forums? If not, lets go for it!

Time and distance.

Your wife will probably never forget a single thing that upsets her over the course of her life, but over time she will eventually lose most of the bitterness.

Distance, as in getting away from the scene of your blunder, will also help. Take a long weekend away somewhere very soon. Make sure it's somewhere she will think is cool, even if you are afraid it will involve some kind of shopping excursion. Sometimes just letting her spend money can be better than you trying to spend money on her.

Don't, however, try to atone by taking on any chores that may currently be 'hers'. This will gain you no points - at all - and you may end up doing it permanently if you do a good job, or losing even more points if you do it imperfectly.
