Unloaded and now won't reload

Has anyone ever had this problem when updating Windowblinds? It's happened in the past and I can't remember how it suddenly started working again.
I upgraded my Windowblinds but I didn't unload them first. My computer kept freezing up when I tried to unload them so I went ahead and tried to upgrade without unloading. It let me upgrade and everything, even apply a different blind. I rebooted and had the new blind up and started poking around with the new features (color features). I checked to see if I can unload this version without my computer freezing, it let me but then it wouldn't let me reapply any blinds. It said Please Wait, and did the standard wait time, it said the blind was applied but it still looks like everything is unloaded.
I checked the system information to see if maybe it says error, but it says everything is installed, activated and working correctly.
I've tried several times unloading again, rebooting, trying to install a blind and it's not working. Should I uninstall the Windowblinds completely and reinstall?
