Disaster at 50 feet up

Pull over and shoot: You pull over the bar and flip over then "shoot over" the top of the bar for a catch.
But the WORST one was this. I tried a one-handed takeoff for the first time. You have to lift the bar, hop off and grab the bar....not bad at all. Unfortunately that was where any semblance of competency ended. My hands were taped up from the blisters and the tape had loosened up...so I couldn't get a good grip on the bar or rotate my wrists properly....so I'm floundering on the bar. THEN, to make matters worst, I did a lousy "shoot though" and my waistband caught on the edge of the bar....depantsing me as I flew forward. That is why I am lying there laughing. I think that I'll leave this trick for another day.....maybe I'll try it again on Sunday....but maybe I'll just work on my swing and learn a back ended splits or straddle whip.
