Missing/Disappearing tokens

I have had 10 tokens with my account.
I have not purchased any games and I was just waiting for the expansion for GalCiv II.

I have not logged in a while and now, my tokens are missing.
Unfortunately, I dont remember my password except Stardock has it saved and my email account was changed due to comcast to TWC migration.

Anyone have any idea what happened to my tokens?
My Total Gaming account serial number is entered into Stardock and my account shows that I should have 10 tokens, but it shows 0 when trying to purchase the expansion.

The tokens you received during our transition to TotalGaming.net Phase 2 in 2005 expired at the end of last year. We sent out an email reminder about this last October. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].

Do all tokens expire or is this some specific situation (maybe involving free tokens or some such).

If all tokens expire, how long do they last before I have to worry about that?

Nope, it only involved the free ones we gave out during the transition. Tokens that you purchase as part of a new membership or booster pack (if you're already a member) never expire.
