WinXP freezes on ALT-Tab when Debugging in Visual Studio 2005

I noticed that if I use Alt-tab (and WinFx is servicing that key combo) while I am debugging a web application using Visual Studio 2005, WinXP SP2 freezes on the darkened screen used by WinFx during task switching.
