windowFX crashes explorer.exe

Recently unloading WindowFX began crashing explorer.exe. I've searched the forums and knowledge base, but haven't found a solution or workaround.

My system specs are-

WindowFX 3.00.013
WindowBlinds 5.50.023
Icon Packager 3.20.127
DesktopX 3.20.044

WindowsXP sp2
Pentium 4 2.66
1.5 GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 7800 GS w/84.21
