cant register my DA victory

So here's whats going on. I bought DL last year and had a blast playing non-metaverse games, not sure why I never recorded them. About 2 months ago I started my metaverse acount and registered a couple of games. A couple of weeks ago I purchased DA and love it. Tonight I finally finished my first gigantic game. All excited to post this victory except that I went to do this I'm told my registration doesn't match up (or something like that.) So I went into my little account file and checked. I see my DL registration there but not my DA. Was I suppose to create a new character or something? I hope not, kind of like my name (not sure why?) I know there are many wiser men out there then me...HELP....PLEASE....And THANK YOU.

What -exactly- did it say? You can quickly try again by loading the EndGameSave and hitting the turn button.


Was I suppose to create a new character or something?


You shouldn't need to.

It says : (12) your game submission was rejected because the serial number does not match the serial number on the metaverse server.
I tried updating my serial number from the start screen but with no luck. I know when i installed DA i entered it but just doesnt seem to be there.

i emailed support like kryo suggested above and they gave me a variety of different things to try. Not quite sure how to explain it in full and I've lost the peice of paper i had with my access. Sorry I couldnt be more help.

No worries.

I ended up sending the email to support as well.

I've found 5 different reggie codes i could of used for both Dl and DA.

I tried 16 differnt combinations with no success.

Will wait for a reply back from support.
That game was my longest running (over a month) & I got an OK score which i would like to post..

The one mistake I made while in the process of figuring this out was not going to the proper site. When they initially emailed me that they were looking into the problemn I didn't know we weren't going to converse simply by email. A few days after the initial one I got a second saying that it had been a couple of days and they hadn't heard from me so they assumed it had worked out for me. Rereading the initial email I found the site conection and my password to converse. After that it took a couple more days of trying different things. Don't lose faith, it will work out. I've got games that last for a month as well, not sure why people play on the tiny maps...they aren't very 'galactic'.
It helps if you give all the specific information you can in your email. Eventually I gave them the registration code I received with the game. I probably should have done that from the start.

I have the official web site sorted out. so hopefully all will be working soon so that I can apply the new patches and start playing again.

If you are I think I might need your help.

My email to support created the docket SUK-238991 but I accidently created a second ticket with a follow up email (forgot to add the docket number to the subject).The second docket started with BAM-?????
I put a post on the second ticket to close it but it looks like the two tickets got merged together and then SUK-238991 also got closed.

I sent a slighly miffed email to attempt to reopen the ticket but have no idea if it would work..

hm, support asked me whether my problem was fixed because I did not mail them again (I did tho). I then wrote them again and so far did not get a reply. wonder what is going on there? maybe they should look in their spam folders? :/

I've had no contact from support. I expect they need the programmers to look at it, but they are too busy with the new patch.

ok. So this problem happened to me as well. Its not that they want you to email them back from your actual email site(hotmail or whatever it is.) Somewhere in one of the emails they sent you is a link to their support site as well a password for you to enter once there. I believe what you do is type in your email as your contact code(I guess it might be called) and then enter whatever password they gave you. Took me a while to figure out how it worked to. Good luck once more, and keep in touch.

I was looking forward to Space Empires 5. But after trying the demo it didn't spark my interest as much I thought it world.

Must be getting picky as the number of gaming hours I have deminish over time


As to the ticket.. I understand what your saying, I've had to post a message against the ticket to stop it from auto closing.

At this stage I can live without posting the score to that game.. I just want to know which one of the 5 rego codes I found I should be using for all future games
