Thinksync Malfunction

Tried to sync 2 folders today, set TS to delete files in the secondary folder, which are not present in the primary and choosed to sync subfolders, too. This is, what I got afterwards :
Left the original folder, right the synced one afterwards.
Using TS on Vista Ultimate 32-bit German.
