When this occurs you should either email [email protected] to get it fixed. We thought this bug had been fixed a while back, so my apologies that it's still occurring.
Basically what happens is that your Stardock Store account (which is distinct from your TotalGaming or Stardock.net account) still has your old email address, so when you purchase something, it will sometimes revert for some reason.
I've pointed sales to your thread so they can look into the problem on your account.
