why isn't galciv showing up as an option to download!?

i just purchased the downloadable version of the game. the single 465mb file is taking forever to download, so i thought i'd try it through Stardock. only Lightweight Ninja, Stellar Frontier, and The Corporate Machine show up as available to download... where is the option to download GalCiv!?

You have to enter in your GalCiv serial number under register products.

hmm, okay, this makes sense... but it tells me my serial number is invalid! i just copy and pasted, so there's no chance that there's any mistype. . .

help!?

okay, here we go... entering the serial number in the wrong product's slot... jeez... there is a lot here to sift through. to say that i'm an experienced computer user would be an understatement, and i have to wonder why all this download stuff seems unnecessarily complicated... still tho, i'm sure it will be worth it.

Please make sure you are entering the serial under the correct application. drenging.net if you have bought that, galciv if you have bought that. it's a pull-down menu on the drengin.net-page to select.
