...can it be changed?

Just wondering if Cursor XP can do this, or if this feature might appear in a later release of Cursor XP.

I need to have my mouse turned 90 degrees counterclockwise due to an injury. Needless to say, the mouse can be a bugger to control, since up-down mouse movements move the cursor right-left.

CXP does not support rotating a cursor, but it does support creating new cursors.

You could rotate the images in another app, import them into CXP and set the hotspot to be wherever you want.
