Script Question re DesktopX

Hi, i have a stand alone cpu wiget that quit.
The last cpu widget, prior to I.R. Brainiac's, was by a fella named "detlefts" it was his one and only post. The Link is here. Link
This was my favorite ever
widget because it shows the top process.
It ran great for a year, then a while back the top process froze, and a window popped up w/ a error msg on line 19 in the script?
I spent many hrs looking for a replacement but no luck. I did find a DesktopX object here Link
It also displays an error, it is similar in the way that it mimics or impersonates winmgmts from the win32 process.
Anyone know the cause? or that can refer me to someone that might know the answer?
