Files Names in Thumbnail view

Windows Explorer issue

This ones probably something easy, right in front of me, but I'm stumped.

A while back I noticed that occasionally I would open Windows Explorer, click on a directory like My Documents, use the "thumbnail view" button in Styler and ........no file names, the "space" between thumbnails is reduced so it's not that the text is the same color as the background, it's just not there..........I can't find a "setting" I did use a program called Windowpaper which lets me change the font color but I set all folders back to "default" and it's not memory resident.

Anyone seen this before? Suggestions?

Lantec, I looked throughly in both explorer view & edit & folder options....you may need to do a reg clean to make sure Windowpaper really is gone. I personally use JV16 for registry cleaning because I can choose to show only * green, safe to remove options in the settings. You can also do custom remove software as well as basic remove and many other cleaning options. The last free version 1.3 is available at oldversion.com...
I do have CCleaner but do not use it for Reg cleaning for this reason.
