[Mouse control] registering movement command

Version Beta 1

Problem Description: When a ship is selected (displaying race insignia) and you use the right mouse button to look around you will randomly lose the original waypoint. It seems to select areas you are looking around at. If you select the ship but click outside and the insignia disappears you can then look around without the above happening.

Problem Type: [Mouse control] registering movement command

Suggested Resolution: Make mouse 3rd button the look around.
