[Mouse control] registering command

Problem Description: The "X" in the research screen in the top right sometimes does not register and requires 2 – 3 presses to get it to close the window. The top center research icon works fine going in and out of the research area.

I'll second this one, its happened to me a few times , thought I thought it was just me having a case of user error

it seems to happen when u have a control group without all it's members in that gravity well. at least, that's what i have noticed
