Some options not working

The options for Bounty seems to do nothing. Select no bounty and the AI wills till put bounty on you. I know it's beta and maybe it wasn't meant to work. Just want people to know. I thinkt here was one more toggle that doesn't work :/ Not sure thou which it is.

I Belive Its refering to starting bounty. If its on everyone stars with a bounty on their heads. If off they dont.
