BUG: Refresh rate out of range

Just testing stuff at random.. I intentionally set my screen refresh rate out of range of my monitor.. and now I can't set it back..hehe

So, a suggestion and a question;

Suggestion: Probably need to include a 10 or 15 second test after someone changes their monitor settings just incase some dork (read: me) sets it out of range..

Question: How do I get my video back?! hehe.. I wanna play some more.. *pout*

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Setting and open user.settings and look for REFRESHRATE. Adjust the value to something your monitor can handle. Save and reload

On a much more minor note, when going in to change the graphics settings I notice that the current option for screen resolution doesn't stay selected... If you restart the game and change the settings again you have to click on your screen resolution again before you are able to hit apply... The little blue bar doesn't stay over it.
