Edit: Also, drawing those static things (you know, the stuff around the dialouge boxes) was getting annoying.

Do a planetary invasion snapshot and have one of the Atari-graphic soldiers mention that the animation is all crappy, and that he wishes that planetary invasions had at least the qaulity they had in MOO2.
