problem with graphic

hi i just made a logon but i have a problem with the image i put in, it shows the borders in white insted of black, it looks like the image has been reshaped into a circle insted of the rectangle, this happens when i use the stretch option, ande when i use the other options it shows only a part of the image, not comlete what can i do? i want my whole image to appear

2 methods of fixing this
1)Set the mask color for center panel to dead black 0,0,0. You may also need to set the first and last colors to black also.
2)Set the style to fixed and set the pic width an pic height to your res minus height of top and bottom panel if you have them for the height.
