Still Problems with my account

from WinCustomize Forums
I posted this problem before, but it never seemed to get fixed. Anyway, the problem I'm having is one day (I don't know when) Wincustomize suddenly made like a new account for my email that I use to login. So I can't access nor change any information on other account that was associated with the current email. It's confusing even for me. My Personal site page is supposed to be http://a0369.wincustomize.com but I can't change anything on it.

Please note: I never changed my email here.

2nd Note: This seemed to happen about 2 weeks before the new site came out.

Don't think there's something to do with, but me i get troubles to access the new Wincustomize website (depending wich page i wan't to load first ...) since the new version. It's probably a problem of cookies but i can't manage to fix it really (even if deleting those i find ...)

Is there anywhere a Stardock tool (as it was in the past) to delete correctly cookies ?

neophil78...do you access this site by using wincustomize.com....not using the 3 w's? With the new site that made a big difference for me. That is how my bookmarks & links both show now. Note that the first time of typing that in it took me to a to a different site.. ..the 2nd time arrived at the home page.

Never heard of a tool but they are at ... documents & settings..your name...cookies

Ok, I sent the email to Stardock Support. I did try the deleting cookies trick and it still didn't work. I logged in and the same thing happened. So I guess I'll wait until I get a reply from the email. Hopefully they will be able to fix it.

What kind of difference you mean ? (probably speed, because with the www it's slow, but slow ...    )

Meaning that the new site does not use them the same way... I do not know the technical terms...but the page loads quickly..logging in works fast with no issues...initially the first forum page loads realllll slow but after that is fast. So I never log into forums only homepage..

I use FireFox 2.0.0.2 extension FasterFox...notice a big diff without it
And ext. All Customized Links to access this site.

Which Browser and which pages are you logging on to?...I do not claim to know more than you but would like to see you enjoy the site I can test pages...FasterFox gives the # of seconds it takes to load pages.

Andy did you log into the **new account with the new account name? Log into Wincustomize.com.....no www's and log in using a0369...then use the original password. I would guess they had to change the name so as not to conflict....and as you see no www's with the new 1...and I believe that you can change the name of the personal page without having your e-mail address changed. That would explain why you can not change anything on the original account...it no longer exists
Hopefully you will get some answers form Stardock...Appreciate it if you would post back here & let us know....so we can help anyone else who may have similar problems ...plus I am curious

I have also a problem.
I have 9 site referrals in total, but on my account status stands 0

Anyone an idea to solve this?

Ok I think I figured this out, I'm still a little confused though. I can log in using my nickname and get into the other account. I didn't know you could do that, I've been using my email address the whole time which instead signs me into this account.

Your Nick is linked to your email used to create the account, so either can be used to login. [the pass is the same]...
