Need help: Name of skin

Hey everyone. I just need to know one question if anyone knows the answer. Can anyone tell me the name of this skin:



I had it a while ago and I since then reformatted and I no longer have it. I want it back again but I can't find it. Used glass and blue as keywords but they weren't in there, and there's 500+ pages of WB to go through. If anyone knows the name of this skin, can you please tell me? Thanks!
