object bar interruptions

I'm having an issue with objectbar...when I am working in graphics apps like Lightroom..which has a popup thumbnail strip at the bottom of the screen...I am forever getting the objectbar showing up over the app I'm working with..and the app window is fully open, so I don't know how this is happening and how to make it go away..the bar is about 3/4 inch above the bottom of the screen at a res of 864x1152 on a 20 inch screen..so it's not hugging the bottom...any thoughts on stopping this will be appreciated. THX in advance

You want it to hug the bottom?  You want it at the top?  What do you want!?!?!

No need to yell dude. (all caps indicates yelling)

What bar?
Is your windows taskbar hidden?
Can you post a screenshot?
Has it been there since you started using it, or is this new behavior?

The objectbar floats above the bottom margin of the screen and when I'm working with the thumbnails near the bottom of Lightroom, the objectbar tends to jump up through the app and ride over the app...and apparently I can't put a photo in here that is in my files..it wants a url so that would have to already be on the web..I would have to call it new behavior, but only because I just installed objectbar yesterday..other than that it's pretty cool..

Upload your image to http://imageshack.us/  then link it here.

Again, what bar do you have loaded?  Is the taskbar set to be hidden?

hopefully this will show..this behavior happens with photoshop also..so it will probably show through any application..and it's a pain. The windows taskbar is set to hidden..but the objectbar is not. It sits above the bottom of the screen and about 1 inch above the bottom edge. It is the free objectbar. If I get my cursor anywhere near the lower edge of the app, up it comes and I have to tag some part of the screen away from the object bar to make it go back below the app..it likes to float as if it's on a layer of its own that comes up through any app I am using..if I get the cursor near the bottom, which is unavoidable when doing graphic work.

Dude, I'm sorry, but I can barely see the bar in the image.  That's the part that counts.

Now, try again, without the girls.

And right click on the bar, choose theme editor.  Click on the Bars menu and tell me the name of the bar.

the bar is objectdock..and right clicking (windows) does not give an option fortheme editor or a name of the bar..it is the default bar with my variation on what I kept and what I replaced...folders, progs etc. The image shows the same thing in Photoshop...if the cursor gets near the bottom of the prog, up it comes and blocks what I'm doing until I click the background or top prog margin.

Dude . . all your previous posts referenced ObjectBAR.  You are using ObjectDock. Big Difference.  I have moved it to the correct location in the forums.

Edit the dock (sixth icon from the left).
On the Positioning section near the top is a menu, set it for Bottom.  Uncheck "Automatic distance from edge"
If you feel like it, try using the autohide and reserve edge options.
