The basic tutorial can be found by opening LogonStudio and clicking Help.

There are others posted at Wincustomize - click the Articles, then Tutorials - unfortunately I can't give you links as my employer blocks WC (but allows me to sneak in to SD.

You will also want to just peruse the Logon channel in the forums to pick up tips - the really cool ones with the transparent panels and stuff moved around are done by maually editing the files and not in logonstudio
