Invisible Taskbar!!

Hello,
I just started up my computer and noticed that my taskbar is invisible! My Object Dock is floating just where it should be but no taskbar! If I right click on the empty space nothing happens. When I restart I see the taskbar for a second and then it goes down like it's hiding. If I right click and set the properties to show it and keep it on top it is there but not visible or usable. I'm not running Desktop X or Object Bar. Can anyone help with this Pain in the @#%?
