Are .dreams videos cached?

While creating my .dream files (Using DreamMaker), I noticed that if I updated the video and then recreated my .dream file, the old video would still load when I double click on the .dream file. The only way I could update the video was to create the .dream file under a different name. Is the video from the .dream file cache somewhere?

Yes, if you go to the dream installation folder and go up one level, there is a folder of extracted data. This is where the cached file is placed. If you delete the cache folder for that specific dream, it'll display the new data (you have to start a different dream before you can delete the cache for it).
