Support please!

I have sent an e-mail to support but they answered 1 week later and they did not give me a solution to my problem. I send a second and I still wait after 2 weeks total..
So I post here since it seems its faster..

Metaverse is not accepting my score. I played a game once DA was out and when I finnished few days later I tried to post my score but it keeps saying my serial number is different with the other on Metaverse server.
When I asked through Stardock central to send me the serials I received an e-mail with new serials completely different with those I already had..
None of them was working. When I asked for help at support they sent me 2 e-mails with 6 serials!?
Thats.. really confusing.. 6 serials for 1 game and 1 expansion?
and finally I think that they are even more than 6.. I dont know I lost the count..
And none is working with Metaverse.
even when I check my registrations here I see different serials one day and different the next day.. really weird.
Im sure something is wrong with database whatever. So even the serial on Metaverse server is different and I can post my score..
Please help.

I don't really follow what exactly you are doing? try listing in detail each step you took?

There is no help in this forum for my problem.
This situatuation with so many serial numbers is really no sense! The system generates different serial numbers all of them are working with Stardock Central so I can download updates but I cannot post my scores.
Just that.. I cannot post my score it keep saying my serial is not the same with the other on Metaverse server despite the fact I tried all the serial I received from Stardock.. no luck
something is wrong and I cant do nothing for this till they look at my registration and fix the problem whatever is it..

I have sent e-mail but no answer, Im angry and I dont want to play DA anymore I want to play on Metaverse and post my scores..

The system generates different serial numbers all of them are working with Stardock Central so I can download updates but I cannot post my scores.


Every time you request a list of serials, a new one is generated from a common factor, this is completely normal.

I believe that your metaverse character has to have been created with the exact same serial as you're using with the game itself; if this is the case then only support can assist you. I don't have access to change serials associated with the characters.

I had a test..
I started a new metaverse game
on the first screen instead my pic with an astronaut there is no pic just a big (?)
I retired from the game immediately and posted on metaverse.. this worked.
But when I try to post my previous game score its not accepted. So I suppose the savegame has the old serial and I cant post my score whatever I do?
