Is your report for Dark Avatar or Dread Lords?

ok just launch it in the 'my programmes' in hard drive (should be something like: go to my computer -> go to Hard drive -> go to Programmes -> stardock (or whatever you saved its file name as) -> total Gaming -> Dark Avatar (at the top) -> GC2DarkAvatar (DAlaunch only make a new file on mine - app folder or something) but anyway doing this should work if not just launch from my programmes (its default) if still not working try double clicking the disk drive your game is in (its in my computer) should work now if not try reinstalling...if still dont work then i dont know.)

BTW i got a question for GalCIV 2 Gold Edition as well...you say you can create your own race on DA (dark Avatar) well i cant, i can only be Terran, but on dread lords i can make my own...??? its expansion isnt it? anyway i went back on DA and it stil didnt work so what do i do...is there a patch or something to Download to make this feature avaiable (cuz i can see the Custom Civ icon when choosing a race but i cant select it or any other race...or do i ahve to unlock it through campaign?) PLZ help i love the game but its annoying that the better of the 2 (in GE) isnt wokring properly...plz help (i can edit civs but not make my own or opponents or custom ship types all under race set up)

You probably have a scenario or custom map selected. Set those back to normal in the first page of new game setup and you will be able to choose races again.

ok thanks, also is the metaverse multiplayer or just to compare scores and results etc? cuz i just keep starting a new game everytime (and cna i load them if i had to go and then continue)

The metaverse is just a place to compare scores. In order to play one, you'll need to choose the metaverse option when you start the game. 

Once you save it, you can just reload it from the main menu.

I have a few issues, all with DLCs.

I recently bought the Ultimate Edition off of Steam, but when I launch it it asks for the Twilight of the Arnor serial key. However, I don't have the serial key for Twilight, just the Ultimate Edition.

The second problem is that when I launch it through the .exe in the game's root folder, it works, but I'm not sure if it even has the DLCs. I can't even launch Twilight of the Arnor because it brings up the registration thing again and I don't have the Twilight serial key. The Dark Avatar seems to work (from the main menu) but on launch it says that it could not detect Dread Lords and that I should download the latest version off of impulse, but I got the game off Steam and I don't have Impulse nor am I considering getting it.

PLEASE HELP, because I really want to play the game with all DLCs and no issues. Thanks

They key you have is the key you should enter. The DA issue sounds like a missing registry key. If you contact [email protected] directly they should be able to help with any further problems.
