Level 2 Past Customer status

I purchased OD on Jan 8, 2007 and have reached my download limit. WinCustomize is now asking me to purchase an account. I have already cross refenced my Stardock account using the e-mail address that I used to purchase OD. It catagorizes me as a "Past Customer" though. How can I make Win Customize realise that I am a current customer so it will take the download limit away?

At this point something has gotten screwed.  Email [email protected] and they take care of it as soon as they can.

Hello again, there was a small logic error in the code which prevented people who had crossreferenced, from being recognized properly as current customers, and sometimes as being recognized as subscribers. I'm hoping to have the fix up in a day or so (but you know, cant make a promise about that).
